Email Support

When something needs to be done but the issue is not urgent. 

You will typically receive a response within 2 hours of submitting an email request.  Often the problem is resolved within the 2 hour time frame.

Remote Support

Whenever possible support is provide remotely.  95% of the time we can provide a solution through remote support session rather than an onsite visit.  Resulting in faster fixes at lower costs.
